Kings Wharf
A waterfront community of new condo towers in downtown Dartmouth, with harbour views and amenity-rich buildings. A Dale Cameron specialty.
Life at Kings Wharf
Kings Wharf is a master-planned waterfront community on the Dartmouth side of Halifax Harbour. Its condo towers offer modern layouts, harbour and city views, and easy access to the shops and ferry in Downtown Dartmouth.
Why there are so many condos for sale
As a growing community, Kings Wharf has a steady supply of resales and new units. That gives buyers choice, and Dale can help you compare buildings, floor plans, views and condo fees.
Who it suits
- Downsizers who want low-maintenance living
- Professionals who want to walk to the ferry
